Drive and Desire ยท Ruler of Aries and Scorpio
Mars is the fire in the blood: the courage to want, to assert, and to fight for what you care about.
What it means
Mars governs desire, will, anger, drive, and how you take action under pressure. He is the engine and the spear. His sign describes the style of your effort and the temper of your defensiveness.
In your chart
Mars shows how you pursue what you want and how you handle conflict. A strong Mars is stamina and courage; a strained Mars is impatience or burnout. Read it with its house to see where you fight.
