Mercury
Intellect · Communication · Ruler of Gemini and Virgo
Mercury is the messenger between your inner world and everyone else's: quick, articulate, and always on the move.
What it means
Mercury governs thought, speech, learning, and the way you make sense of things. It sorts the world into words, questions, and connections. Its sign describes the shape of your mind, and its condition describes how smoothly the message travels.
In your chart
Mercury shows how you think and speak, and how you learn best. Retrogradation here often means a mind that reviews, reconsiders, and arrives at clarity through a second pass.
