By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What We Provide

Lucy in the Sky is a free astrology service that generates personalized readings from your birth date, time, and location. No membership, subscription, or payment is required. Readings are produced using astrological calculations and artificial intelligence. The app also offers daily planetary positions, chart comparisons, a favorable-days calendar, a weekly transit email you can opt into, and emailed readings. An optional, personally prepared deep birth chart reading is available for a one-time fee.

Entertainment Purposes Only

All astrology readings, forecasts, and interpretations are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions. Lucy in the Sky is not responsible for actions you take based on reading content.

Your Account

• An account is optional. You can generate readings without one; signing in lets you save charts and receive emailed readings.
• You must provide accurate birth details for meaningful readings.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Weekly Transit Email

• You can subscribe to a free weekly transit email by providing your email address.
• You can unsubscribe at any time from the Account tab.
• Email content is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Optional Purchases

• A deep birth chart reading is available for a one-time fee of $33.33, processed through Base44 Payments. The price is shown before you commit.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are charged in error, contact us through the contact form.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harm, harass, or mislead others.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute reading content at scale.
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use automated tools to generate readings in bulk without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the birth details and names you enter. By using the app, you allow us to process that information to generate and deliver your readings, save your charts, and send emails you request. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Intellectual Property

The app’s design, branding, and original content are owned by Lucy in the Sky. Reading text generated for you is yours to keep and share personally, but you may not resell it or present it as a professional astrological service.

Limitation of Liability

Lucy in the Sky is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on reading content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. Sections that should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) remain in effect after your account ends.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the last update. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
